Paul Raines, 88 of Breaks, Va. passed away Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015 at the Buchanan General Hospital in Grundy, Va. Funeral services will be conducted from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015 at 1:00 with Jim Ed Belcher, Sam Casebolt and Jerry Edwards officiating.  Visitation will be after 6:00 Monday at the chapel.  Burial will follow in the John Raines Family Cemetery at Breaks, Va.   DAV services will be conducted by EC Chpt. 140
