Johnny Blake Cavins, 55 of Shelby Gap, KY passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 at UK Medical Center. Johnny was born Sept. 12, 1959 in Pikeville, KY to the late Bill Cavins and Emma Jean Black Cavins. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Wanda Lou Johnson Cavins & one brother, Beverly (Bev) Cavins. Johnny is survived by his wife, Fonda Fitch Cavins of Shelby Gap, one son, Johnny Cavins of Shelby Gap, one daughter, Brittany Anderson of Ashcamp, KY and two granddaughters. He is also survived by three brothers, Donnie Cavins, Wheelwright, KY, Chuck Ray Cavins of Ville Platte, LA & Terry Cavins of Elkhorn Creek, KY and two sisters, Barbara Sue Blair of Taylor, MI & Pamela Morris Cavins of Fayetteville, NC. Visitation will be after 4PM Friday, Dec. 26, 2014 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services at 6PM. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014 at 3PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Wilson Cemetery.

Johnny was a wonderful person and a great friend i am sorry about ur loss i will miss johnny also i remember our great time we had at sycamore and playing football together my thought and prayers are with your family Terry
