Timmy Lee Stiltner, 43 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, January 11, 2021. Timmy was born September 07, 1977 at Pikeville, KY to Betty Ruth Potter Stiltner of Elkhorn City, KY and the late Jerry Stiltner. Besides his mother, Timmy is survived by his brother, Christopher Todd (Melissa) Stiltner of Elkhorn City, KY; and brother in law, William Clayton Coleman. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 11AM at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY with Burnin White officiating.
