Betty Jo Rowe, 78 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center. Betty was born November 05, 1942 in Floyd County, KY to the late Lewis Thompson & Minnie Hunt Thompson. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Rowe and two brothers, Curt Thompson & Ray Thompson. Betty is survived by two sons, Bruce Wayne Rowe of Ashcamp, KY & Andy Kent Rowe of Elkhorn City, KY and one daughter, Karen Kay Blevins of Dorton, KY; and five grandchildren, Austen Rowe, Dalton Blevins, Tanner Rowe, Ava Rowe & Aidan Rowe. Betty is also survived by three brothers, Charles Thompson of Kimper, KY, Tom Thompson of Ashcamp, KY & Bev Thompson of Princeton, WV and one sister, Frances “Tiny” Ratliff of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be Friday, November 27, 2020 from 6-10PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 11AM from the chapel with Edgar Sanders & Tracy Wells officiating. Burial will follow at the Family Cemetery, Mill Branch, Ashcamp, KY.
