Wilma R. Stewart, 74 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at her residence. Wilma was born May 11, 1946 at Harman, VA to the late Charlie Rice and Carma Willis Rice. In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by three siblings, Gary Rice, Cecil Rice & Marie Stiltner. Wilma is survived by two sons, Johnny Stewart and Randall Stewart both of Elkhorn City, KY; one daughter, Sharon Denise Stewart of Pikeville, KY; and one grandson, Braxton George Stewart. Wilma is also survived by five siblings, William “Dockie” Rice, Clara Rice, Garman Rice & Roy Rice all of Harman, VA and Brenda Justice of Elkhorn City, KY.
