Timothy Wayne “Bull” Rowe, 48 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Monday, April 13, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center. Timmy was born November 21, 1971 in Pikeville, KY to Gilbert Rowe of Belcher, KY & Connie Sue Phillips Rowe of Mouthcard, KY. In addition to his parents, Timmy is survived by a son, Johnny Chaney & a daughter, Rebecca Rowe both of Mouthcard, KY. He is also survived by one brother, B.J. Rowe of Belcher, KY & a sister, Bridgett Jill Ramey of Belcher, KY. A private funeral service will be conducted at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a private burial to follow at the Phillips Family Cemetery, Feds Creek, KY. The family wants to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this time and appreciates everyone wanting to join them for the services, but cannot due to the restrictions in place for the pandemic.
