David Keith Bentley, 45 of Rockhouse, KY passed away Monday, Oct. 13, 2014 at Pikeville Medical Center. Keith was born Jan. 30, 1969 in Farmington, MI to Harold & Jackie Thompson Bentley. Keith was preceded in death by one brother, Jeffrey Bentley. Besides his parents, Keith is survived by three children, Joshua David Bentley & Taylor Brooke Bentley both of Rockhouse, KY and Whitney LeShae Bentley of Pikeville, KY and two grandchildren, Alexis Hope Wallace & Mason Kolby Bentley both of Pikeville, KY. He is also survived by one brother, Rick Bentley of Rockhouse, KY. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday, Oct. 15th and Oct. 16th at the Unity Freewill Baptist Church, Rockhouse, KY with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Oct. 17, 2014 at 11AM from the church. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, KY.
