Diana Mann, 67 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the home of her brother. Diana was the Development administrator for the River Center for Performing Arts and a member of the Northside Baptist Church, Columbus, GA. Diana was born April 11, 1952 at Pikeville, KY to the late Tucker Mullins & Ruth Maynor Mullins. In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Mann and one sister, Pamela Ratliff. Diana is survived by one son, Burton Keith Mullins of Columbus, GA; a step-son, Mickey Mann of Georgia & a step-daughter, Susan Wilson of California; and two step-grandchildren, Ruby & Blue Wilson. Diana is also survived by one brother, Tommy Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY, half-brother, Claude Willis Doughton of Taylor, MI and a sister, Tammy Fultz of Ewing, VA. Services will be conducted at the Striffler-Hamby Funeral Home, Columbus, GA with burial to follow at the Park Hill Cemetery.
