Johnny Mack Potter, 67 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center. Johnny Mack was born February 20, 1952 at Pikeville, KY to the late Mack Willis Potter & Opal Avonelle Hackney Potter. In addition to his parents, Johnny Mack was preceded in death by a brother, Barry Potter. Johnny Mack is survived by his wife, Sonja Rita Coleman Potter of Elkhorn City, KY; two sons, Chad Jonathan (Linda) Potter of Kimper, KY & Mack Ashley Potter of Pikeville, KY; one daughter, Angel LaShea (David Shepherd) Potter of Belcher, KY; and four grandchildren, Rylan Shepherd, Brady Potter, Jacob Fiffe & Chelsey Potter and one great-grandchild, Sawyer Stacy. Johnny Mack is also survived by one sister, Ann Sawyers of Kansas. A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 5-8PM at the Elkhorn City Community Center.
