Avanell Bevins, 92 of Belcher, KY passed away Monday, January 13, 2020 at Landmark of Elkhorn. Avanell was born August 07, 1927 at Ferrells Creek, KY to the late Henry Thompson Looney & Polly Ratliff Looney. In addition, to her parents, Avanell was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Bevins, five brothers, Raymond, Gene, Dennis, Luther & infant brother and one sister, Ermile Robinson. Avanell is survived by one son, Jerry Clarke Bevins of Belcher, KY; a daughter, Patricia Ann Keesee of Nicholasville, KY; four grandchildren, Jeremy Bevins , Crystal Wells, David and Daniel Keesse and two great-grandchildren, Ethan Fate Wells & Leah Caroline Wells. Avanell is also survived by one brother, Jake Looney of Davenport, FL. and four sisters, Avalene Mullins of Elyria, OH, Sharon Scarnic of Medena, OH, Shelia Onkst of Lexington, KY and Justine Sullivan of Belcher, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 12PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Aaron Butler officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
