Thelma Ratliff, 99 of Belcher, Ky. passed away on Sunday at the Pikeville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She is the daughter of Ira and Lucy Stewart Mullins. Thelma was a member of the Ferrells Creek Church of God in Name of the Lord Jesus and homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Corbett Ratliff, sons; Cleo and Cossie, brothers; Kermit, Bert, Chester, Euel and Frank and a sister; Eva Lee Stewart. Survivors are a daughter; Barbara Sawyers of Belcher and a granddaughter; Natalie Sawyers Adkins. Visitation will be in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday from 6:00-10:00PM. A service at 7:00 with Jennings Norman officiating. Funeral service will be held at the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park at Pikeville, Ky.
