Roger Lee Ratliff, 67 of Beattyville, Ky. and formerly of Pike County passed away in Beattyville on Thursday. Roger is the son of David McClellan and Fonnie Daughtery Ratliff. He was a coal miner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister; Barbara Rogers. Survivors are his sons;Joshua of Morehead and Roger Lee, 2nd. of West Liberty, brothers; Gary”Butch” of Mouthcard, David of Phyllis and Leonard of Grundy, Va., sister; Connie Hughes of Pikeville and grandchildren; Cora, Isla, Emily and Chelsea. Services will be held on Monday, 2:00 from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Jessie Taylor officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00 on Sunday from the chapel. Burial will follow in the Mt. Valley Memorial Park at Big Rock, Va.
