James H. Justice, Jr., 93 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 at his residence. James was born January 4, 1926 at Feds Creek, KY to the late James H. Justice and Patty Justice Justice. In addition to his parents, James was preceded by his wife, Anna Louise Belcher Justice, one brother, Clinard Rowe and four sisters, Garnett Freeman, Ruby Church, Mageline Myers & Sadie Blackburn. James is survived by one brother, David “D.C.” Justice of Mouthcard, KY; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friends, Bruce Irick & Greg Justice. Visitation will from 6-10PM Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 11AM from the chapel with Jimmy Kerr officiating. Entombment will follow at Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
