Paul “Hacksaw” Kinder, 81

Paul Randolph “Hacksaw” Kinder, 81 of Wytheville, VA passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 at his residence. Paul was born March 25, 1937 at Mouthcard, KY to the late Otho Kinder & Hettie Rose Mullins Kinder. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Carole Skeens Kinder, three brothers, Carl Kinder, Kenneth Kinder & Bobby Kinder and four sisters, Ruby Pugh, Helen Taylor, Thelma Steele & Shirley Kinser. Paul is survived by two daughters, Angel (Roland) Hurley of Cripple Creek, VA & Becky (Randy) Potter of Lick Creek, KY; one grandchild, Randi Paige Potter of Lexington, KY; and one sister, Merlene Burton of Date City, FL. Paul is also survived by a special friend, Brenda Skeens & special neighbor, Lynn Matney. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 11AM from the chapel with Steve Cantrell & Paul D. Potter officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
