Kenneth Gratho Stiltner, 43 of Ashcamp, Ky. passed away at his home on Friday.  He is the son of Lois Annette Bevins Williamson and the late Gratho Layne Stiltner.  He was a member of the Elkhorn City Church of Christ and was a previous employee of Wards Heating and Cooling.  Survivors are his wife; Tara Lynn Gordy Stiltner,  mother; Lois of Ashcamp, son; Taylor Donovan Ratliff of Lexington, step son; Jessie James Rogers of Pikeville, step daughter; Tosha Michelle Fields of Pikevillle, sister; Karen Thompson of Feds Creek,  step grandchildren Caleb and Ashton Fields, Hunter Perene, Dannilynn Rogers, Alexis and Nova Little.  Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00 Sunday from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel and 8:00Am-10:00PM on Monday with a funeral service on Tuesday, 1:00 from Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Ed Belcher and Steve Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow in the Reynolds Cemetery ant Phyllis, Ky.
