Franklin D. Ratliff, 81 of Belcher, KY passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 at his residence. Frank was born September 5, 1937 at Draffin, KY to the late Dow Ratliff & Hattie Ratliff. Frank is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Jo Ratliff-Vetter of Gainesville, GA and three grandchildren, Linda Delaney Vetter, Grey Vetter & Noah Vetter. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Monday, November 19 & Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 1PM from the chapel with Billy Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
