Timmy Lee Ratliff, 61 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at Pikeville Medical Center. Timmy was born October 20, 1956 in Pikeville, KY to the late Nelson Ratliff & Gypsy Pearl Oney Ratliff. Timmy is survived by a son, Jason (Kelly) Ratliff of Lexington, KY and two grandchildren, Meredith Ratliff & William Ratliff. Timmy is also survived by two brothers, Frank (Rebecca) Ratliff of Shelbiana, KY & Dennis (Betty) Ratliff of Regina, KY and a sister, Jan Ratliff Akers of Clarksville, TN. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 1PM from the chapel with Jerry Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
