Summer Paige Ratliff, 4 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, Oct. 27, 2017 at Pikeville Medical Center. Summer was born May 28, 2013 in Lexington, KY to Nicholas Ryan Ratliff & Samantha Kidd Ratliff of Elkhorn City, KY. Besides her parents, Summer is survived by one brother, Hunter Ratliff and two sisters, Kylie & Kathryn Ratliff. Summer is also survived by grandparents, Reginald & Dena Ratliff of Rockhouse, KY, Brenda Ratliff & Chet Dame of Allen, KY, Pamela Kidd of Elkhorn City, KY & Kent Kidd & Tonya Kidd of Shelbiana, KY; great-grandparents, Juanita & Bobby Adkins of Shelbiana, KY; uncles Keaton Kidd of Shelbiana, KY & Jeremy (Rosie) Elkins of Richmond, KY; aunts, Evelyn Saltmarsh of Rineyville, KY, Elizabeth (Dustin Rose) Damron of Elkhorn City, KY & Emily Damron of Richmond, KY; and a large extended family. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 2PM from the chapel with Roger Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at the Danny Adkins Cemetery, Fords Branch, KY.
