Evalee Francisco Farmer, 92 of Belcher, KY passed away Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017 at Pikeville Medical Center. Evalee was born Oct. 3, 1925 in Pike County, KY to the late Patrick Francisco & Caroline Ratliff Francisco. Besides her parents, Evalee was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bennett Farmer, two daughter, Delores Allen and Verneal Farmer, one great-grandchild, Nathaniel Taylor, brothers, Earl, Bart, Grayson and Beverely,  and one sister, Rosetta Honeycutt. Evalee is survived by three daughters, Helena Tackett of Virgie, KY, Joan Wright of Elkhorn City, KY & Jolene Taylor of Belcher, KY; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren. Evalee is also survived by three sisters, Erma Adkins of Elkhorn City, KY, Thelma Burns of Wyoming & Elma Lynch of Michigan. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, Oct. 6 & Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with service Saturday at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Oct. 8, 2017 at 1PM from the chapel with Clinard Ratliff & Charles Justice officiating. Burial will follow at the Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
