Ruth Ann Adkins, 67 of Mouthcard passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014 at her residence. Ruth Ann was born October 22, 1946 in Big Rock, VA to the late Coaster Bishop & Madeline Ramey Bishop. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Foster Vinton Adkins and one brother, Bill Ramey. Ruth is survived by two sons, Derick Adkins of Mouthcard & Foster Barry Adkins of Johnstown, OH, one daughter, Amanda Belcher of Mouthcard, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Donna Skeens of Mouthcard. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 1PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at Annie E Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
