Imal Lou Belcher, 70 of Raccoon, KY passed away Friday, May 5, 2017 at her home. Imal was born on July 4, 1946 at Regina, KY to the late Keister Ratliff and Elizabeth Hall Ratliff.  Imal was a homemaker and a member of the Splashdam Freewill Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Henry Belcher.  Survivors are husband; George Mullins of Raccoon, KY: one son, Leslie Belcher of Johnson City, TN; one daughter, Melissa Newsome of Raccoon, KY; four grandchildren, Brandon Belcher & Chelsi Belcher both of Johnson City, TN and Caleb Newsome & Clay Newsome both of Raccoon, KY; and one great-grandchild, Cambryn Belcher of Johnson City, TN. Imal is also survived by three brothers; Bobby Ratliff of Regina, KY and  Stevie Ratliff and James Ratliff both of Columbus, Ohio. Services will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 11:00AM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with ministers Shane Lockhard and Darrell Melgrin officiating.  Visitation will be from 6:00 – 10:00PM on Sunday, May 7, 2017.  Burial will follow in the Elkhorn City Cemetery at Elkhorn City, KY.
