Roger Ratliff, 60 of Shelbiana, Ky. passed away at his home on Monday. He is the son of the late Wilbo and Mona Mae Rogers Ratliff.  Roger was a coal miner and a member of the Little Beaver Church of Christ.  He is survived by his wife; Cindy, sons; Richard of Lick Creek and Michael of Pikeville, daughters; Misty Stanley of Raccoon and Monica Woods of Flemingsburg, a sister;Ginny Sode of Ashland and 3 grandchildren; Gwendolyn Childers, Thomas Childers and Connor Ratlilff. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother; Frank Richard.  Services will be held, Thursday, 11:00 from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Daniel Weakley officiating.  Visitation will be from 6:00PM-10:00PM on Tuesday, 8:00Am-10PM, on Wednesday. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery on Little Beaver, Ky.
