Bertha Ann Childers, 55 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Friday, December 30, 2016. Bertha was born August 7, 1961 in Grundy, VA to the late Earl Scott & Dorthy Mohr Sullivan. Besides her parents, Bertha was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Thomas Hayes, one sister, Joyce Grizzle & one brother, Johnny Milburn. Bertha is survived by two daughters, Jessica Childers of Belcher, KY and Nikki Childers of Jenkins, KY and four grandchildren, Jack Compton, Kane Reynolds, Lili Reynolds & Zoey Reynolds. Bertha is also survived by three brothers, Earl Scott, Jr. of Illinois, Sid Scott & Edward Scott both of Mouthcard, KY. Visitation will be from 12-2PM Sunday, January  o1, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service to begin at 2PM with Billy Ford officiating.
