Wayne L. Clevinger, 61 of Kingsport, TN formerly of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Wayne was born May 17, 1954 in Pikeville, KY to the late Edgar Clevinger and Margaret June Bingham Clevinger. Besides is parents Wayne was preceded in death by three brothers, John Ray, Honsel and Ricky Clevinger and one sister, Rosetta Bryant. Wayne is survived by two brothers, Randall Clevinger of Lick Creek, KY & Earl Clevinger of Kingsport, TN and one sister, Janice Matney of Lick Creek, KY. Visitation will be from 12-1PM Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 1PM from the chapel with Ray Sayers officiating. Burial will follow at the Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
