Roosevelt Coleman, 74 of Elkhorn City, Ky. passed away at the Pikeville Medical Center on Friday, Sept. 25, 2015. He is the son of the late Oll and Edna England Coleman. Survivors are his wife-Nancy Rowe Coleman, 3 daughters-Debbie Ratliff, Tammy Adkins and Tiffany Puckett, Sisters-Marie Coleman, Myrtle Bentley, Ample Hill, Oma Hill and Reba Johnson, 6 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and a host of friends. Services will be at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, September 29,2015 1:00, with Richard Gibson, Ray Tackett, Mike Coleman and Darrell Harmon officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 27 and Monday, Sept. 28, 2015 from 6:00 PM-10:00PM. Burial will follow in the Annie Young Cemetery-Shelbiana, KY.

Roosevelt was one of the greatest men I have ever known! I will never forget the memories of the time I spent during my childhood with Tiff, Nancy & Roosevelt! It was a true honor to know this man, may his kind, caring, respectful, loving spirit carry on with his family! I am praying for Nancy, Tiffany, Debbie, Tammy and the rest of the family during this heart breaking time. God please help guide them through this and let them feel his love everyday! I love u all!
