Allen Gene Adkins, 59 of Kimper, KY was born March 17, 1956 to the late Frank and Bertha Hunt Adkins.  He was also preceded in death by two brothers; Elmer and Frank Adkins.  He is survived by two sons; Shawn Adkins of Elyria, Ohio and Frankie Mousseau of Alpina, Michigan, four brothers; Taylor Adkins of Grapevine, KY, Earl Adkins of Wellington, KY, D.M. and Ricky Adkins both of Kimper, KY, one sister, Linda Adkins also of Kimper, KY and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Sat. June 13 and Sun. June 14, 2015 at the original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Elkhorn City, KY.  Friends may call nightly from 6 – 10 PM.  The funeral will be conducted Monday June 15 at 1:00 PM from the original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at the Dotson family Cemetery, Long Fork of Kimper, KY
