Tammy Dobbs, 53 of Paynesville, WV was born on August 24, 1970 in Richlands, Va. and passed away in the Buchanan General Hospital in Grundy, Va. on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023. She was the daughter of Arnold and Betty Sue Payne Vance of Paynesville. Tammy was a program coordinator for Highland Homes. Survivors in addition to her parents are her husband; Stanley Don Dobbs, sons; Kevin Justin Vance and Dakota (Ashlyn-fiance) Dobbs both of Paynesville and grandchildren; Gracleigh and Paisleigh. Visitation will be on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023 beginning at 12:00 in the Bradshaw Mt. Community Church. The funeral service will be at 1:00 with Pastor Bob Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in the Perry Vance Cemetery on Rockridge, WV.
