Loretta Carol Jude, 76 of Pikeville, KY passed away Wednesday, November 08, 2023 at her residence. Loretta was a retired nurse and a member of the First Baptist Church of Pikeville. She was born October 22, 1947 in Hellier, KY to the late Eugene Vinson Ratliff and Mildred Virginia Thacker Ratliff. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Paul Ratliff.

Loretta is survived by a son, Jimmy (Catrina) Howard, Jr. of Belcher, KY; her lifelong companion, Dick McNeil of Pikeville, KY; two grandchildren, Olivia (Kenny) Belcher and Nicholas (Hannah) Howard and two great-grandchildren, Everly Grace Belcher and Nilah Jane Howard. She is also survived by a brother, Roy Ratliff of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10 PM on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7 PM. The funeral service will be held Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 2 PM from the chapel with Terry Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at the Francsico Cemetery, Ashcamp, KY.
