Cletis Adkins, 73 of Rockhouse, KY passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at his residence. Cletis was born June 5, 1941 in Pike County, KY to the late Perry Adkins & Brookie Justice Adkins. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings. Cletis is survived by his wife, Lonetta Holland Adkins of Rockhouse, KY, one son, Cletis Ray Adkins of Marion, OH, one daughter, Robin Renea Adkins of Marion, OH, two step-sons, John Allen Hill of Akron, OH & Cletis Jr. Hill of Elkhorn City, KY and several grandchildren. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the Unity Freewill Baptist Church with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 27, 2015 at 1PM from the church. Burial will follow at the Adkins Cemetery, Rockhouse, KY.
