My deepest Sympathy for my cousins! Omega is my aunt. I remember her coming to our house when I would come home from Illinois to visit my family on Ferrells Creek! I grew up with Glenda, Patty and Jerry! She was my teacher in grade school on lick creek in a two rooms schoolhouse with no running water and a potbelly stove! She was a great teacher! She was good to her students as a good Christian woman! Where does time go? I’m 66 years old with grandchildren of my own! She was a great sister to my mother! She was a mentor for many people in the area! Heaven has gained another angel! R.I.P. aunt Omega!

I will always Sis. Omega for her long faithful walk with the Lord. I met her when she attended my church in Lexington,KY. in the 80’s. I would come up to Ferrells Creek and visit the Meade family, I throughly enjoyed talking to her husband Kermit about anything that had to do with where he lived. I had the privilege to be introduced to her children Patty, Jerry and Glenda when she come in from MO. I cherished the time that I had knowing my DEAR SIS. My prayer is that I can obtain the level of Spiritual and Wisdom that Sis. Omega possessed. Because she was a milemarker for me in my young Christain walk.
