Melanie Lynn Woolwine Adkins, 49 of Feds Creek, KY passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center. Melanie was born August 03, 1971 at Pikeville, KY to the late Johnny Fields & Alice Woolwine Hardin. Melanie is survived by her husband, Michael A. Adkins of Feds Creek, KY; and five children, Santeria Adkins & Michael Adkins, Jr. both of Feds Creek, KY, Lori Adkins & Johnny Adkins both of Haysi, VA and Gene O’Dell Adkins of Shelby Gap, KY. Melanie is also survived by a brother, Stephen Woolwine of Elkhorn City, KY and a sister, Jonda Williamson of Lick Creek, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 2PM from the chapel with burial to follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
