James Brian Stiltner, 57 of Sevierville, TN formerly of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at his home. Brian worked for Velocity Market in Elkhorn City for 28 years and Old Navy and Dollywood for the last 10 years. He loved to clog and would often do so. Brian was awarded the Kentucky State Champion Flatfooter in 1981 and1998. Brian is preceded in death by his father Jimmie Carmel Stiltner, and his grandparents, Everette and Tilda Stiltner, Scott and Goldie Cavins. He is survived by his mother, Glema Stiltner, sister Deanna Chandler (Kent) of Sevierville, TN; nephew Alex Hood, great-nephew & nieces, Kevin, Alice, and Marlo and many cousins and friends in Tennessee and Kentucky. The family will receive friends 5-7PM Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville, TN. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 28, 2021 at 11AM from the chapel with burial to follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
