Teddy Wayne Meadows, 59 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday January 30, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born on September 11, 1961 to the late Charles Meadows and Nancy Ratliff Kendrick. He is preceded in death by his brothers; Jesse, Randall, Larry, Douglas, Jerry, and Roger Meadows and a sister Rositta Puckett. He is survived by his wife Chrissa Meadows, son Travis Meadows of Elkhorn City, KY., nephew Gary Allen Oney of Regina, KY. Sisters; Loretta Hurley of Callahan, FL., Wilma Oney of Regina, KY., Roberta Seagraes of Elkhorn City, KY., and Glenda Carol Rose of Elkhorn City, KY. A memorial service will be held in the Bailey Funeral Home chapel from 6-8PM on Wednesday February 3, 2021.
