Christine E. Little, 90 of Rockhouse of Marrowbone, KY passed away January 16, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born in Rockhouse, KY on October 5, 1930 to the late Grant and Artilla Epling. She was a retired Postmaster for the United States Postal Service for 33 years and a member of the Rockhouse Unity Freewill Baptist Church since the early 1970’s. She is preceded in death by her first husband Pettie Hylton the father of Christine’s first child Judy. He passed away from a tragic car accident. She later married Leman Adkins who became the father of her son Terry Adkins. After Leman passed she married Tivis Little. She is also preceded in death by her daughter Judy (husband, Jerry) Morgan; brothers Arnold, Phillip, Henry Arson, William Thomas, and Elzie Epling and a grandchild Jerry Neil Morgan. She is survived by her son Terry (wife, Linda) Adkins of Raccoon, KY; grandchildren Jamie (wife, Melissa) Morgan of Rockhouse, KY and Stephanie (husband, Joey) Clark of Newark, Delaware; great-grandchildren Emily Morgan, Olivia Morgan, Ryan Taylor, and Abigail Taylor as well as many other family and friends survive. Visitation will be held at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel from 6-10PM on Monday January 18, 2021 with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 19, 2021 beginning in the chapel at 1PM. Burial will follow at the Annie Young Cemetery in Pikeville, KY.
