Tony Michael Mullins, 69, of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday October 17, 2020 at his home. Born on April 25, 1951 to the late Leonard and Betty Smith Mullins. He was preceded in death by his son Jeremy Mullins and brother David (Vickie) Mullins. Tony is survived by his sons Tony Mullins Jr. of Betsy lane, KY and Leonard Mullins of Harold, KY. His brother Dwayne Mullins of Lexington, KY and sister Kathy Wallace of Elkhorn City, KY. nephews Corey Mullins and Timmy Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY and niece Monica Stewart of Elkhorn City, KY as well as many other family and friends survive. A memorial service has not been scheduled at this time.
I love you and will always miss you my dear brother Tony. I always enjoyed our phone conversations we would have and wish we had more. I always appreciated you as my eldest brother. I pray you are finally in the arms of our loving savior and may you Rest In Peace in his presence. Amen.
