Shirley Ann Collins, 73 of South Williamson, KY formerly of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center. Shirley was born July 18, 1947 at Pikeville, KY to the late Alvin Mullins & Gracie Mae Colley Mullins. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Collins, Jr., a son, Kenneth Wayne Collins, a brother, James Mullins and a sister, Clara Mullins. Shirley is survived by four sons, Alvin James (Debora) Collins of Pikeville, KY, Mike (Barbara) Collins & Tony Collins both of Elkhorn City, KY & Jesse Collins of South Williamson, KY; two daughters, Crystal Collins of South Williamson, KY & Lola Collins of Pikeville, KY; nine grandchildren, Courtney Collins, Cody Collins, Sabrina Bennett, Gage Collins, Hannah Collins, Tony Lee Collins, Sara Dawn Belcher, Donald Allan Belcher & Tila Nicole Collins; and four great-grandchildren, Kaine Bennett, Max Bennett, Vaida Bennett & Lincoln Collins. Shirley is also survived by one sister, Nina Ruth Nichols. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Saturday, August 01 & Sunday, August 02, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Monday, August 03, 2020 at 1PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at Childers Cemetery, Ashcamp, KY.
