Rosetta Puckett, 64 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, July 06, 2020 at the Landmark of Elkhorn. Rosetta was a homemaker and a member of the Elkhorn City Church of Christ. Rosetta was born March 25, 1956 at Belcher, KY to the late Charles Meadows & Nancy Ratliff Kendrick. In addition to her parents, Rosetta was preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry Meadows, Larry Meadows & Jessie Meadows. Rosetta is survived by her husband, Allen Puckett of Elkhorn City, KY; one son, Richard Puckett of East Bernstadt, KY; one daughter, Jennifer Olivier of Elkhorn City, KY; and four grandchildren, Morgan Puckett, Peyton Puckett, Dylan Blackburn & Jonathan Blackburn. Rosetta is also survived by one brother, Teddy Meadows of Elkhorn City, KY and four sisters, Roberta Sagraves & Carol Rose both of Elkhorn City, KY, Wilma Oney of Regina, KY & Loretta Hurley of Callahan, FL. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, July 07, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will conducted Wednesday, July 08, 2020 at 2PM from the chapel with Jim Ed Belcher & Steve Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
