David Lynn Mullins, 67 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at his residence. David was born on September 11, 1952 at Pikeville, KY to the late Betty Smith Mullins and Leonard Greene Mullins. David is survived by his loving wife Vickie Carol Bartley Mullins; two sons, Timothy David Mullins and Robert Corey Mullins both of Elkhorn City, KY; a step-daughter Karen Kennon of Harold, KY and her son John Kennon. David his also survived by two brothers Tony Mullins of Elkhorn City KY & Dwayne Mullins of Lexington, KY, and his sister Kathy Mullins of Elkhorn City KY. David was a retired driller for the coal mines. Visitation will be 6-10PM Sunday June 14, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, June 15, 2020 at 2:00PM with Kathy Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow at the Cook Cemetery, Ashcamp, KY.
