Peyton Andrew Gibson, 21 of Georgetown, KY passed away Monday, May 18, 2020 at his residence. Peyton was born March 15, 1999 at Pikeville, KY to Christopher Dale Gibson of Pikeville, KY and Tina Justice Gibson of Georgetown, KY. In addition to his parents, Peyton is survived by his step-father, Brian Roberts; brother, Christopher Gibson, II of Pikeville, KY; a sister, Kaitlyn Ray of Georgetown, KY; his maternal grandparents Bill and Sandra Justice, His paternal grandmother Mary Gibson and many other family and friends. Peyton was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Herman & Irene Darnell, Clarence and Lois Justice, and grandfather Henry Dale Gibson. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 2PM from the chapel with burial to follow at Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA. Peyton was a lover and maker of music and could turn a rainy day into a party. Always the first to tell you to lighten up and would give the shirt off his back. We are gathered not to mourn his death but to celebrate his life and the light he brought to our lives.
