Rosemary Butler Belcher, 78 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020 at Jefferson City Memorial Hospital. Rosemary was homemaker and a member of the Glorybound Freewill Baptist Church. Rosemary was born March 5, 1941 at Hellier, KY to the late Herold Butler & Ceatta Cook Butler. In addition to her parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Eldeen Belcher, one brother, Jimmie Butler & one sister, Audrey McCoy. Rosemary is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Eldeen (Tammy) Belcher of Rotunda West, FL. & Jimmy (Sherri) Randel Belcher of Jenkins, KY; and a daughter, Susan (Mike) Hackney of Dandridge, TN; five grandchildren, Jennifer (Aaron) Taulbee, Lindsey Nichole Belcher, Jessica (John) Kupski, Andrea Hackney & Michael Cameron Hackney; and four great-grandchildren, Wyatt Taulbee, Lily Taulbee, Morgan Kupski & Zeri Ella Kupski. Rosemary is also survived by two sisters, Myrna Spears of Regina, KY & Agatha Butler of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020 at the Glorybound Freewill Baptist Church with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020 at 1PM from the church with Dale Senters & Tracy Wells officiating. Burial will follow at the Cook Cemetery, Ashcamp, KY.
