James E. (J.R.) Frazier, 51 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center. J.R. was born March 15, 1968 at Pikeville, KY to Almedia Damron Frazier of Elkhorn City, KY and the late James E. Frazier. J.R. was a member of the Elkhorn City Methodist Church and former Elkhorn City football manager. In addition to his mother, J.R. is survived by a brother, Walter Dean Frazier of Lexington, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, January 23, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 24, 2020 at 2PM from the chapel with Tommy Taulbee officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
