Bobby Ray Fuller, 83

Bobby Ray Fuller, 83 of Powell, TN formerly of Pike County, KY passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020 at his home. Bobby was born April 23, 1936 at Feds Creek, KY to the late Elzer Thomas Fuller, Sr. & Imal Faye Keene Fuller. In addition to his parents Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Shortridge Fuller, a grandchild, Bobby Zach Fuller, a great grandchild, James Ray Skeens and a brother, Dennie Joe Fuller. Bobby is survived by three daughters, Tracy “James BoBo” Phillips & Bobby June Fuller both of Knoxville, TN and Ruth (Guy Jr.) Miller of Powell, TN; four grandchildren, James Ray Skeens, Lyle C Skeens, Brandon Burns & Rach Burns; two great-grandchildren, Paxton Burns & Tristian Skeens. Bobby is also survived by four brothers, Danny “Red” Fuller, Sr. of Houston, TX, Randy Blake Fuller & Bill Jack Fuller both of Feds Creek, KY and Dr. Elzer T. Fuller, Jr. of Lexington, KY. Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Mouthcard Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 12, 2020 at 2PM from the church with Rick Fuller officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY. Military rites will be conducted by the Elkhorn City DAV Chapter #140.
