Bobby Dean Bartley, 62 of Belcher, KY passed away on Monday, September 2, 2019 at home his home. Bobby was the son of Russell Albert Bartley and Stella Ellen Slone Bartley. Bobby was a coal miner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters; Mary Marie Cole and Tina Louise Cole and a son-in-law; Michael Shawn Branham. Survivors are three sons, Bobby Daniel (Crystal) Bartley of Marrowbone, Darin Shawn Bartley of Elkhorn City, KY and Chester Ryan Bartley of Belcher, KY; one daughter, Melinda Gail (Clarence) Adkins of Elkhorn City, KY; and six grandchildren, Brayden Shane Bartley, Clarence Wesley Adkins, Kirsten LaShae Bartley, Cadence Jones & Madilynn Jones. Bobby is also survived by three sisters; Alfonda “Bonnie” Hylton of Elkhorn City, KY, Shirley Jean Adkins of Marrowbone, KY, Carolyn (Oscar) Adkins and Evelyn Kilgore both of Shelbiana, KY & two brothers; James Russell “Jimmy” (Carol) Bartley of Cleveland. OH and Chester (Amanda) Bartley of Allegheny, KY. Visitation will begin at 11AM Thursday, September 5, 2019 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services at 12 noon. Ray Tackett and Terry Gibson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bartley Cemetery at Mill Branch of Marrowbone, KY.
