Erv was such a sweet man, he was what Lesia and I called one of the members of the Ferrell’s Creek Social Club because he and their friends came down to Daddy’s (Earl Francisco) store everyday and visited and sat and talked and socialized with each other and according to them solved the world’s problems for the day. He along with each of them were such good friends with my Dad and the memories they’ve left us we cherish so. I never met Erv and Becky out anywhere that they didn’t greet me with a big smile and a hug, I’ll miss that sweet twinkle in Erv’s eyes each time I saw that smiling face. My prayers are with each of you to find peace from your sorrows. We have a promise that we can meet again.

I’ll sure miss him when I go to my garden. He would always toot his horn and wave when he drove by. In days gone by he would stop and talk about his beans and tomatoes. Rest in peace Ervin.

I just found out about his passing , I sure enjoyed working with him at Chisholm Coal, always fun to be around. If I had known I would have been to the funeral. I know your family are going through lots of grief right now and want to say you are in my thoughts and prayers.
