Coby Dean Ratliff, 30 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on May 10, 1988 in Pikeville, Ky. to Richard Dean Ratliff and Janet Leigh Slone Bailiff. He passed away at his home on Sunday. He was preceded in death by both of his parents. Survivors are his loving wife; Angel, sons; Elijah of Virgie, Jacob Patton of Hindman and Mathew Dorton of the home, a daughter; Heather Patton of Hindman, grandmother; Ella Marie Slone of Little Beaver, brothers; Josh of Nashville, Gordon and Rob Slone both of Ohio, sisters; Melanie Ratliff of Nashville and Dona Slone of Ohio, 2 very special people in his life; Bob Slone and Tommy Bingham and his Uncle Jim Slone . Coby was an assistant manager and crew leader at Pizza Plus. Visitation will be from 6:00PM-10:00PM on Wednesday and from 8:00Am-10:PM on Thursday at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a funeral services at 12:00 on Friday with Eddie Baker and David Salley officiating. Nightly services at 7:00. Burial will follow in the Ratliff Childers Cemetery at Ashcamp, Ky.
