Estil Parks, Sr., 59 of Pikeville, Ky. was born on Feb. 21, 1960 to Dewey

Elmer Parker and Ruby Mae Anderson Parks. He passed away on March 19,

2019 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, Ky. In addition to his

parents he was preceeded in death by his wife; Dana Hamm Parks and a

brother; Larry. Survivors are sons; Wesley Lee (Chasity Sowards) Parks and

Estil Parks, Jr. both of Feds Creek, Ky. brother; Bud Allen Parks of

Pikeville, sisters; Kathy Looney of Grapevine, Sandy Taylor of Meathouse

and Gladys Snell of Grundy, VA; nieces; Megan Lynn and Courtney Paige,

mother-in-law; Rose Wolford, and grandchildren; Serentity Rose Parks,

Sebastan Michael Parks and Jarico Taylor. Visitation will be from 6:00-

10:00PM on Friday and from8:00Am-10:00PM on Saturday from the Bailey

Funeral Home Chapel with a funeral service on Sunday at the chapel at

2:00PM with Rex Taylor and Sharon Smith officiating.Burial will follow in

the Colley Cemetery at Breaks, Va.
