Dewey Ratliff, 70 of Regina, KY passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Pikeville Medical Center. Dewey was a coal miner and a member of the Ashcamp Old Regular Baptist Church. Dewey was born January 2, 1949 at Pikeville, KY to the late Lawson Ratliff & Ruth Coleman Hylton. In addition to his parents, Dewey was preceded in death by his wife, Causby Ann Kinny Ratliff, a son, Johnny Lawson Ratliff, three brothers, Charles “Buck” Ratliff, Wendell Ratliff & Terry Ratliff and two sisters, Sis Rose & Helen Ratliff. Dewey is survived by one son, Dewey Keith (Crystal) Ratliff of Regina, KY; two grandchildren, Dewey Eugene (Lorissa Hunt) Ratliff & Dustin Lee Ratliff. Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday, March 14 & Friday, March 15, 2019 at the Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11AM from the church with Jimmy Dale Sanders, Barry Lucas & Stacy Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow at the W. H. Coleman Cemetery, Wolfpit, KY.
