Rhonda Thacker, 51 of Ivel, KY was born on March 12, 1967 in Pikeville, KY to Johnny Fitch and Mary Thacker. Rhonda passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at the Bluegrass Hospice Center in Lexington, KY. Rhonda was a member of the Faith First Baptist Church at Myra and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Eugene. Wampler. In additions to her parents, Rhonda is survived by a son, Jonathan Wampler of Pikeville, KY; a daughter, Angel Mullins of Pikeville, KY; and grandchildren, Brayden & Brooklyn Mullins, Bobby Rutherford, Jonathan Chase, Olivia & Audrey Wampler. Rhonda is also survived by two brothers, Joey and Johnny Dwayne Fitch both of Ivel, KY;  two sisters, Lorene Collins of Elkhorn City, KY and Jeanie Blackburn of West Liberty, KY; best friend like a sister, Leta Jo Griffith; and special niece, Micah Jo Griffith. Funeral services will be held at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, 1:00, with Dave Hammonds officiating.  Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery at Draffin, KY.
