Eloise Ratliff, 82 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 at her residence. Eloise was a member of the Elkhorn City Church of Christ and the Elkhorn City Homemakers. Eloise was born April 15, 1936 at Draffin, KY to the late Paris Senters & Mary Bartley Senters. In addition to her parents, Eloise was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Dean Ratliff, two brothers, Jack Edward Senters & James Douglas Senters and two sisters, Betty Ruth Fraley & Lois Ann Baker. Eloise is survived by two sisters, Tava Sue Stapleton of Elkhorn City, KY & Dottie McAvoy of Mt. Gilead, OH. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 11AM from the chapel with Frank Crum, Billy Ford and Jim Ed Belcher officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
