Richard Dwayne Blair, 52 of Steele, KY passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the home of his sister. Richard was born July 10, 1965 at Pikeville, KY to the late Virgil Blair & Ealine Meade Blair. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Dean Blair. Richard is survived by a daughter, Alena Blair of Haysi, VA; two brothers, Gary Blair of OH and Virgil Roger Blair of Steele, KY; and two sisters, Denise Thacker & Donna Thacker both of Steele, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, March 9 & Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 1PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery, Steele, KY.

This was my dad. I love and miss him so much. He means the world to me. They spelled my name wrong but it doesn’t change the fact that he’s my dad and he’s gone and with Jesus. I love you Dad!!
